Thymosin Alpha-1 is a 28-amino acid peptide that potentiates T cell-mediated immune responses, promotes differentiation and maturation of CD4+ and CD8+ T-cells, activates dendritic and natural killer cells, modulates cytokine production (increases IL-2, IFN-γ; decreases IL-6, TNF-α), enhances vaccine response, and supports immune regulation under stress.
