TB-500 is a synthetic 43-amino acid peptide that regulates actin, enhancing cellular motility and migration. It promotes angiogenesis, stimulates wound healing, reduces inflammation by decreasing pro-inflammatory cytokines and suppressing NF-κB activation, activates growth factors, improves insulin sensitivity, and provides cardioprotective effects through PI-3K/AKT1 pathways.
