Pricing data is updated regularly.
P21 is a small synthetic peptide derived from the active region of Ciliary Neurotrophic Factor (CNTF). It crosses the blood-brain barrier effectively and mimics CNTF's neurogenic effects by promoting hippocampal neurogenesis, increasing BDNF levels, enhancing synaptic plasticity through CREB phosphorylation, and reducing neuroinflammation. Unlike full-length CNTF, P21 does not cause weight loss or anorexia and has improved pharmacokinetics.
