N-Acetyl Selank Amidate is an enhanced version of Selank with improved stability and bioavailability. It modulates GABAergic neurotransmission, enhances serotonin metabolism by inhibiting enkephalinase, influences the expression of BDNF-related genes, and stabilizes enkephalin levels in the blood. The acetyl and amide modifications extend its half-life and improve CNS penetration, providing stronger anxiolytic and nootropic effects.
