Kisspeptin-10 activates the GPR54 receptor in hypothalamic GnRH neurons, triggering the release of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH). This cascade stimulates LH and FSH release from the pituitary, which then promotes testosterone/estrogen production. It's the master regulator of the reproductive axis.
