Hexarelin is a synthetic hexapeptide GHRP that stimulates growth hormone release by binding to ghrelin receptors (GHSR) in the pituitary and hypothalamus. It's one of the most potent GHRPs available, causing significant GH spikes. Also provides cardioprotective effects through direct cardiac receptor activation.
