Follistatin 344 binds and neutralizes myostatin, a protein that inhibits muscle growth. By blocking myostatin signaling through activin receptor type IIB, it allows for increased muscle protein synthesis, enhanced satellite cell activation, and greater muscle hypertrophy potential. Also inhibits activin and other TGF-β family members.
