Epithalon is a synthetic tetrapeptide (AEDG) that activates telomerase enzyme, lengthening telomeres and extending cellular lifespan. It binds to DNA promoter regions for epigenetic regulation, enhances antioxidant defenses through Nrf2 activation, rebalances T-cell ratios, stimulates melatonin synthesis, restores circadian rhythms, increases BDNF and CREB-1, and provides neuroprotection.
