Mechanism of Action

Long-acting amylin analog that activates amylin receptors in the brain to promote satiety, slow gastric emptying, and reduce food intake. Being developed in combination with semaglutide (CagriSema) for enhanced weight loss effects beyond GLP-1 alone.
