What You'll Need: - Lyophilized peptide vial - Bacteriostatic water (BAC water) - Insulin syringes (29-31 gauge) - Alcohol swabs - Clean workspace Step-by-Step Process: 1. Preparation: Wash hands thoroughly and clean your workspace. Allow the peptide vial to reach room temperature if stored frozen. 2. Clean the Vial Tops: Use alcohol swabs to sterilize the tops of both the peptide vial and the bacteriostatic water vial. Allow to air dry for 30 seconds. 3. Draw the BAC Water: Using an insulin syringe, draw the appropriate amount of bacteriostatic water. Common reconstitution volumes are 1-2mL depending on the peptide. 4. Add Water Gently: Insert the needle into the peptide vial and let the water run slowly down the side of the vial. Never spray directly onto the powder as this can damage the peptide structure. 5. Mix Gently: Allow the vial to sit for a few minutes, then gently swirl (never shake) until the powder is fully dissolved. The solution should be clear. 6.
